Always my favorite part, and the contrast you bring of it on their pale skin, and comparing ink on his paperwork to it, like the paperwork itself is a dark deed, merely something to keep Shuuhei from facing his shame and hurt. First of all, I'm happy to hear that you liked all the blood ;) But it's the second half to that sentence that makes me go WOW. It's good to know that you made that connection!
