Oh my gaw, I've fallen in love with you O_O That image is SOOOOO hawt. Have you ever seen the anime Samurai Champloo? If you haven't, there's a character on there named Mugen, and he has this blue/green tattoos on his wrists and ankles that are like cuffs (they represent his time in jail). IT'S AMAZING
