Wha? No, it's ok! I'm thankful actually, because I don't want there being a glaring plot-hole surrounding Lilynette, and you pointing it out has made me think about it!
Now I hope you don't mind if I use this thread for brief plot-storming... It helps me to get other people's opinions on things. I was thinking earlier, would Starrk be saved regression because of his shinigami powers? It could be possible... Like Rukia who lost her powers, her actual form didn't regress in any way, she was just a powerless soul, essentially. Starrk could end up the same way? He may not regress to a lower form of hollow, just be a spirit being without any real power.
Or maybe, he could devour more hollows to regain the power lost? I kind of remember Grimmjow's fraccion talking about this when they were all Adjuchas. Apparently if part of an Adjucha is eaten by another hollow, that Adjucha can't evolve. But does the same rule apply to a Vasto Lordes? Not to mention that it would be a shinigami (Shunsui) that took Starrk's power away, and not another hollow.
All food for thought! I was just wondering what you think. And HA, you know I'm growing fond of the idea. Renji has his own kid as part of his zanpakuto, doesn't he? So he'd have at least some experience. It could either be really interesting to see him trying to balance things between Starrk and Lilynette, or it could be a distraction?
