Actually it isn't weird at all, I care about believability too! Because if you're writing fanfiction and the characters are OOC... well, you might as well write your own original story, right? If you want to give someone else's characters new personalities then what the hell are doing writing fanfiction to begin with?
Renji gets around because he's sex on legs and everyone wants a piece! But [Unknown site tag] did an awesome series of mostly crack pairings... Things like Renji/Nova, Hisagi/Ishida... But my favorite was her Zangetsu/Ichigo/Shirosaki :D That one isn't crack at all when you think about it. You should definitely check it out!
