There were two more aside from Benvolio the cousin, but outside of the gas station scene they didn't do much. And yeah, Shuuhei's a good fit for Ben -- he'll fight in a brawl but doesn't want to. And then there's Balthasar, Romeo's servant (although I wanna say he was a compassionate Capulet in the film -- they had the servants all mixed up there) who brings word of Juliet's "death" to Romeo in Mantua (Kensei playing halfsies between Shinigami and Hollow?).
Um, do you see that two-year-old, 150000-word WIP sitting over yonder? Yeah. It is oneshots only until that's a lot closer to finished. I write at the speed of smell. :P And if not Yumi as Mercutio. . .what about Ichigo? Okay, envisioning him performing in drag is kind of a stretch, but he's between both worlds, is rivals with Grimmjow, and has lots more believable UST with Renji than Yumi does. Or maybe Shinji?
(*happy pandas* Awesome. I love how that one can go both ways. Either could be singing it to the other -- although it does incite particular images of Shuuhei on guitar. ;)
